Job summary
A luxury resort is currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated female Spa Attendant to ensure the smooth operation of the spa. The role includes managing spa duties, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a diploma in hospitality and strong interpersonal skills. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a diverse team and guests.
Qualifications
- Good command of English and excellent interpersonal abilities are essentials.
- Positive, smiley and humble individual with an approachable character.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the spa team on daily operations.
- Manage all spa 'back of house' duties including laundry.
- Keep all spa areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Welcome and offer refreshments to all spa guests.
- Assist with stock control and inventory for spa products.
