Job summary
A reputable healthcare provider is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license to practice in the UAE. Responsibilities include providing hands-on treatments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and documenting patient progress. Experience in a home-health setting is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home-health setting.
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and goals.
- Provide hands‑on physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes.
- Instruct patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
