Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Women’s Wellness Spa Therapist specializing in holistic body therapies designed exclusively for women across various life stages, including pregnancy, lactation, pre-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, certified training, and a nurturing approach to deliver safe, personalized, and results-driven wellness treatments in a luxury spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized women-focused therapies, including:
  • Prenatal massage (pregnancy-safe techniques)
  • Postnatal and lactation-support body therapies
  • Hormonal balance and menopause-support treatments
  • Relaxation, lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic massages
• Conduct client consultations to understand medical history, life stage, and wellness goals
• Customize treatments according to physical, emotional, and hormonal needs
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, especially for pregnant and lactating clients
• Provide a calming, empathetic, and professional client experience
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, lifestyle guidance, and wellness practices
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room standards as per spa SOPs
• Collaborate with wellness practitioners (yoga instructors, nutritionists, holistic coaches) when required
• Maintain accurate client records and feedback documentation

Qualifications

• Additional training in: Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or Somatic Therapy
• Aromatherapy or Energy Healing (Reiki, Chakra balancing, etc.)
• Experience working in luxury spas, wellness retreats, or women-centric wellness centers
• Knowledge of wellness products, oils, and organic therapies
• Certified Spa / Massage / Holistic Therapist from a recognized institute
• Specialized certifications in one or more of the following:
  • Prenatal & Postnatal Massage Therapy
  • Women’s Wellness / Hormonal Therapy
  • Lymphatic Drainage
  • Holistic or Therapeutic Bodywork
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in women-focused therapies
• Strong understanding of female anatomy, hormonal changes, and contraindications
• Excellent communication, empathy, and client-care skills
• Professional appearance and a calm, nurturing demeanor
• Ability to work in a luxury, wellness-focused environment
