Job summary
A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced Behavior Therapist to provide assessment and treatment services to clients, particularly children with behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct client care and collaboration with the treatment team, adhering to various protocols and maintaining client confidentiality. A Bachelor's degree, minimum two years of experience, and valid certification are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Behavior Therapist, especially with autism.
- Valid license to practice as a Behavior Therapist.
- ABA, IBT, or equivalent certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
- Assist with parent training based on treatment protocols.
