Your Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional treatments and personalized service in line with our luxury standards and approved SOPs, ensuring every guest leaves relaxed and revitalized.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments in line with brand standards
• Conduct guest consultations to ensure treatments are suitable and safe
• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized, luxury experience
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout their journey
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product presentation to the highest standards
• Recommend treatments and homecare products to enhance guest wellness
• Monitor and adjust room ambiance (lighting, music, temperature) for optimal comfort
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and stock levels in treatment areas
• Promote spa services, packages, and current promotions
• Support daily operations including linen control and basic administration
• Participate in spa promotions and revenue-generating activities
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Certified Therapist or Diploma in Therapeutic Education
