Job Title : PR Executive - Shiseido

Reports to : Senior PR Manager – Prestige Brands - Shiseido
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented PR Executive to join the Shiseido team in Dubai on a temporary contract basis. This role will support the development and execution of public relations campaigns across the Middle East region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving media coverage, and enhancing the brand reputation of Shiseido.
- Assist the Senior PR Manager in developing and executing integrated PR campaigns across the Middle East region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (print, online, broadcast) in the region.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support influencer marketing initiatives, including outreach, seeding, and campaign tracking.
- Assist in the planning and execution of PR events and activations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or a related field within the beauty industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in luxury brands.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and in Arabic.
- Experience with media monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience working with luxury brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
