Job summary
A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on site. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of civil construction experience, including a minimum of 8 years in the UAE. Responsibilities include managing project compliance, training workers, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 8 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience supervising site projects, including large-scale developments.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
