Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal spray or industrial coating operations.
• Working knowledge of HVOF systems and coating materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workpieces through masking, cleaning, and grit blasting.
• Set up and operate HVOF thermal spray systems based on job specifications.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters including temperature and spray distance.
