A luxury hotel chain in Abu Dhabi seeks an IT Support Specialist to assist guests with their audio-visual and IT needs during meetings. This role requires a high school diploma with engineering certification and at least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Candidates should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills and have a strong passion for providing outstanding service. Relocation to a remote area may be necessary.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
- Strong passion for excellent service.
Responsabilités
- Support guests with audio-visual and IT needs for meetings.
- Maintain knowledge of standard IT equipment.
- Pre-empt guest requirements for IT provisions.
- Advise on IT upgrades and expenditures.
- Support colleagues' IT needs across departments.
