Job summary
A leading materials testing company in Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Civil Material Technician. The role involves conducting pile testing and preparing test reports. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in construction material testing. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and a UAE valid driving license are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and in teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct different types of pile testing and test set up requirements.
- Conduct destructive and non-destructive tests of concrete structures.
- Arrange day to day site activities with the client.
- Able to read engineering drawings.
