• One to two years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property.
• Experience in the UAE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand painting-related requests.
• Conduct painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Record materials accurately from the engineering store.
• Log all completed tasks and report damages.
