• 1 year of experience in fiberglass repair or manufacturing (marine, automotive, aerospace).
• Willingness to work in dusty, noisy and sometimes confined environments.

Responsibilities

• Create fiberglass tooling (molds) to meet customer product specifications.
• Repair and maintain production molds as required.
• Release cured product from molds using various hand tools and machinery.

Skills

Familiarity with hand lay-up techniques

Attention to detail

Good hand-eye coordination

Ability to work with power tools

Education
