About the Job

• Oversee and control all marina technical systems, including utilities, structures, lighting, pump‑out systems, gates, and fire protection.
• Ensure proper functioning of seawater circulation, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage cleaning, water tanks, parking areas, and prefabricated facilities.
• Organise disposal of hazardous waste through authorised service providers.
• Coordinate external maintenance services and support budget preparation for technical operations.
• Inspect and verify all marina safety equipment and systems while maintaining required technical documentation.
• Monitor utility consumption, manage work permits, support vendors, and record damages for insurance reporting.

About you

• High school education with a relevant technical diploma and 1+ years of technical department experience.
• Strong technical competencies and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven problem‑solving ability with solid leadership and team‑management skills.
• Creative mindset with effective project‑management capabilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong behavioural and organisational competencies.
