Qualifications
- 15-20 years in business operations, fintech, payments, or consumer tech.
- Strong network in KSA and GCC regulatory and banking landscape.
- Proven experience in launching cross-border fintech/payment services.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational setup for KSA and ME markets.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
- Hire and mentor high-performing regional teams.
- Define and implement operational strategy, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Drive operational efficiency and automation across customer journeys.
