As our group continues to grow, we are seeking talented graduates to join our UK teams to deliver engineering, design, and consultancy solutions across all sectors.

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and participate in various development activities.

Our two-year global graduate program aims to develop future leaders and technical experts. During this time, graduates will work on a diverse range of projects in Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and internationally. You will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills, supported by mentoring and development activities, including opportunities for gaining chartered status.

Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai, you will engage in various projects, applying your skills in different environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge increases.

• Deliver technical assignments and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Utilize software for engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
