Certifications from the following are required:
Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations experience, with deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience in implementing online (cloud) CRM solutions is essential, with at least one end-to-end implementation. Proven experience in modules like MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Services, Omni channel, etc. Deep understanding of best practices, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Hands-on experience with Power Automate flow, Azure functions, web apps, and Azure Service Bus is necessary. Experience in the public sector is desirable.
Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, LogicApps, Data Factory, Teams, Omni Channel, PowerApps, and Common Data Services is expected.
