The MENA UFG Team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to build and scale Online Grocery Shopping in a new marketplace as well as opening a new channel. You will be responsible for developing products that improve the shopping experience for Amazon customers and ensure a consistent, frictionless shopping experience that accelerates growth. The role will focus on driving sales from a new selection channel of UFG among Prime customers.

As a Sr. PM, you will need to analyze metrics deeply, conduct competitive benchmarking, research customer experience, and understand operational bottlenecks to inform your product strategy.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams to build business cases for new product launches and improvements, defining product design and requirements, owning the product roadmap, and providing regular business updates.

You will communicate regularly with senior leadership regarding product design, feasibility, business cases, analysis, and project planning and execution. Strong cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess superior analytical skills, basic SQL querying abilities, a track record of devising practical and creative solutions to complex problems, and excellent business writing skills. Comfort working at both strategic and detailed levels is crucial to ensure solution feasibility and high-quality execution.

Key job responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective solutions for Amazon Grocery Network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, technology, and planning teams to define strategic roadmaps while considering stakeholder impacts.
• Implement data-driven improvements to enhance customer-centric decision-making.
• Launch new channels for the network and drive sales and profitability.
• Design and implement feedback mechanisms to improve performance and reduce costs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Experience in owning and defining roadmap strategies.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs.
• Proficiency in data analytics and defining key business metrics.
• Fluency in Arabic.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
