As a Banker in J.P. Morgan's Private Banking business, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investment banking, trust services, and financial planning. This role is also responsible for the client experience and engaging our resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

1. Prospect and acquire new clients and assets from both new and existing clients within the UAE. In the long term, this may extend to other countries in the Gulf region.
2. Maintain and further develop an existing book of business consisting of Ultra High Net Worth clients from the UAE.
3. Responsible for sales and implementation of investment banking and trust/estate products to core clients as appropriate.
4. Leverage and coordinate specialists (Investor Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor, and Wealth Advisor) to provide interdisciplinary expertise for our most complex clients.
5. Manage each account to ensure that the client has a complete profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced, specifically adhering to J.P. Morgan Risk Management policies.
6. Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationships.
7. Ensure that the proposed products and services meet the clients' needs, goals, and objectives.

1. Significant experience in Private Banking working with UAE UHNW individuals and families.
2. Previous business development experience.
3. Achievement-oriented, focused on exceeding business goals, with sufficient attention to detail.
4. Proven sales success, including prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale, and asking for referrals.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
6. Strong relationship management and team-building skills; views team concept as critical to success.
7. Emirati male nationals must have completed or have no obligatory military service obligations.
8. Experience or demonstrated understanding of investment banking and trust concepts, including but not limited to asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products, and identification of wealth planning opportunities.
9. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, including regulatory and technological changes.
10. Arabic language fluency.
