As the Trainer for Property Monitor, you will lead the delivery of high-impact training sessions for our clients across the UAE. You will be responsible for conducting engaging in-person and online training programs for both new and renewal clients, primarily within real estate brokerages.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver in-person training sessions at client offices, primarily in Dubai and occasionally across other GCC markets.
- Conduct regular training webinars and work with the Sales support team to coordinate the training.
- Use CRM to log training on a company level to ensure the Account Manager and the wider team have full visibility.
- Tailor training programs to suit client needs, including onboarding new clients and enhancing platform usage for renewing clients.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams to schedule and prioritise training sessions.
- Work with other internal teams to develop and maintain high-quality training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and collect feedback to drive improvements.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new features and updates to effectively train clients.
- Support clients with best practices and use cases to maximise their return on investment in our platform.
- Represent Property Monitor within other Group-wide training programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s in Education or Coaching preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Trainer/Coach.
- Previous experience in creating and delivering training programs.
- Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
- Understands the importance of training.
- Understands Design Thinking routines/techniques.
- Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to shift communication depending on the audience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Intermediate or higher Excel skills.
- A go-getter (someone who looks for opportunities and areas to improve) who is proactive.
- Ability to embrace change within the organisation in a professional and upbeat manner.
- Desire to learn, grow and help to improve the training department and work across multiple departments as needed.
- Ability to take full ownership of tasks and materials assigned in an honest and innovative manner.
