Summary of Work / Job Purpose

The Senior BDM will be responsible for driving growth and generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing market presence. The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets and proven ability to develop effective business strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Identify and assess potential partnership and introducing brokers' opportunities for integration into the company.
  2. Communicate the company's value, technology, procedures, and partnerships effectively to external stakeholders.
  3. Support existing partnerships by delivering excellent service to boost performance.
  4. Stay updated on daily financial market developments and suggest growth strategies to management.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer service.
  6. Expand market reach through strategic partner collaborations with minimal supervision.
  7. Travel regularly to establish and maintain partner relationships and organize events.
  8. Ensure business targets meet organizational expectations.
  9. Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in FX, CFDs, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with quantifiable achievements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
