Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

  1. Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers across organizations.
  2. Experience in selling to large and medium enterprises within IT infrastructure solutions and services.
  3. Experience in selling IT services, including Infrastructure, ITSM, Monitoring, Automation Tools, and Cloud services on MS Azure.
  4. Respond to full-service tendering of technical and commercial proposals.
  5. Work alongside OEM and distribution partners.
  6. Develop relationships across targeted accounts.
  7. Develop and execute sales strategies on a quarterly basis.
  8. Maintain the complete infrastructure support portfolio with key clients, following up on escalations and issues between clients and vendors as needed.
  9. Act as the focal point for client and vendor communication.
  10. Manage all sales-related aspects for allocated accounts, including managing internal stakeholders.
  11. Responsible for accounts receivable collection, working with finance and logistics teams.
  12. Develop new account sets on a quarterly basis.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

MANDATORY

Competency in selling OEM solutions (Infrastructure and Security parts).

Possess certification in solutions previously sold.

SOFT SKILLS

Good communication skills.
