We are supporting a UAE based manufacturing business that have several business units and are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to drive sustainable business growth, combining strategic vision with operational excellence to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years + sales and business development experience across emerging markets, along with 5years + experience in manufacturing (steel, aluminum etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead market expansion, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisition initiatives
• Establish performance metrics and data-driven decision-making frameworks
• Build and lead high-performing teams across marketing, sales, and business development
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate growth strategies company-wide

• 10+ years leadership experience with proven track record of driving business growth
• Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis
