Job description

The BD Manager is required to have existing experience in the field of Interiors and Fit-out industry, source and generate new clients for commercial projects such as offices, retail spaces, banks, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the client organization.
  2. Follow up on new and existing business opportunities, set up meetings, and deliver successful presentations.
  3. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  4. Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.
  5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the business plan.
  6. Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
  7. Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team to develop proposals and meet client requirements.
  8. Manage client expectations by liaising with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments, and building sustainable long-term business relationships.
  9. Coordinate with teammates to meet agreed timeframes.
  10. Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all necessary steps are taken to secure payments.
  11. Follow up on receivables from own project sales.
