Description

The role of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Technical Developer involves familiarity with at least two end-to-end implementations of corporate CRM systems in Dynamics 365. The developer will analyze, design, build, and test CRM solutions, serving as a product expert responsible for support, issue escalation, and resolution. The role typically involves complex assignments with diverse inputs, processes, and outcomes within established parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, build, and test CRM systems, including requirement gathering, configuration, data migration, and security setup.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and product owners to understand and tailor business processes within the CRM system.
  • Improve development, testing, and release processes.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions with other applications like ERP, marketing platforms, or e-commerce systems.
  • Provide technical support during and after CRM implementation, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Document technical work, risks, issues, and work to mitigate risks and technical debt.
Educational and Technical Qualifications

Certifications from the following are required:

  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations experience, with deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience in implementing online (cloud) CRM solutions is essential, with at least one end-to-end implementation. Proven experience in modules like MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Services, Omni channel, etc. Deep understanding of best practices, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Hands-on experience with Power Automate flow, Azure functions, web apps, and Azure Service Bus is necessary. Experience in the public sector is desirable.

Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, LogicApps, Data Factory, Teams, Omni Channel, PowerApps, and Common Data Services is expected.
