Descripción del empleo

• Collecting & updating payment into file and into computer system.
• Maintain daily collection report.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Ledger reconciliation with EJADAH Finance for Receivable & Payable account.
• Customer account reconciliation.
• Prepare Monthly collection report and send it to Finance Head office.
• Updating Customer Database.
• Confirm Issuance Clearance of Certificate for selling the apartment.
• Issuing Service Charge statement account to the walk-in customers and via email.
• Assist to the client (Walk-in & Email) regards to service charge queries.
• Depositing collection into bank through driver.

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of Commerce and Accountancy

2-4 years experience as a cashier

Knowledge of: MS Office, Accounting, MIS Report

Ability to: Work under pressure, Analytical approach, Effective Communications, Strong Report Writing, Autonomous/ Self Starter
