Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1300 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role requires a motivated individual with the ability to lead a sales team and grow our customer base.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in the field of sales. They should also have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

The Sales Manager’s duties include but are not limited to:
• Developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenues
• Creating and managing customer relationships
• Managing the sales team and providing guidance as needed
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
• Developing goals and objectives for the sales team
• Meeting or exceeding revenue goals set by management

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager with at least 2 years’ experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead a successful sales team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
