- Washing windows; maintaining the lawn and garden areas.
- Generally keep the premises tidy.
- May be required to perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work.
- Good physical fitness and an excellent eye for detail.
- Strong work ethic; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to follow instructions from supervision.
