Job summary
A leading real estate firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Listing Agent Team Leader. The ideal candidate will lead a team of property listing agents, develop marketing strategies to attract property owners, and ensure exceptional service. Strong experience in real estate sales, particularly with platforms like Property Finder and Dubizzle, is essential. This role offers an opportunity to drive premium listings and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate listings and sales with team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Property Finder and Dubizzle platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of listing agents to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract property owners.
