Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in an automobile dealership, with at least 3 years in Service Department as a Service Advisor.
Strong customer handling skills and effective communication abilities.
Knowledge of automotive dealer/distributor business processes.
Responsabilités
Attend to customers promptly and gather accurate details of their requests.
Prepare job cards and provide cost estimates.
Coordinate with workshop staff for timely completion of repairs.
Communicate any delays to customers and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
Deliver equipment/vehicles and explain the invoice and services performed.
Promote value-added services to achieve revenue targets.
