A recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for planning and overseeing repair and installation activities. This role includes collaborating with production teams, designing maintenance schedules, and preparing budgets to optimize overall equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing maintenance activities and will prepare reports on performance and productivity.
Responsabilidades
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to address and resolve production issues promptly.
Design and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime.
Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve equipment issues.
Regularly update preventive maintenance procedures for alignment with operational and innovation goals.
Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget to control expenses.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and work orders.
Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and productivity.
