Senior QA / QC Engineer
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior QA / QC Engineer to oversee quality control and assurance activities on residential building projects. The ideal candidate holds a UAE attested Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, has proven QA / QC experience, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to lead quality assurance initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for residential building projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for residential building projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records
- Provide training and guidance to junior QA / QC staff members
- UAE / MOFA attested Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA / QC Engineer in residential building projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and tests
- Ability to create and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
