We are currently seeking a qualified Planning Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and proven experience in swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This role requires expertise in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, with strong analytical skills to manage risks and forecast resources. The Planning Engineer will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules.

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Track progress and performance against baseline schedules and prepare progress reports including S-curves, critical path analyses, and EVM.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align schedules with labor, material, and equipment requirements.
• Identify and assess schedule-related risks; propose and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and participate in project review meetings, ensuring alignment on milestones and timelines.
• Prepare detailed reports on project forecasts, performance metrics, and variances.
• Ensure project compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Support budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning roles within the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in swimming pool or water feature construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and risk assessment practices.
