Key Responsibilities
- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Continuously review and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies for production and timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select and manage suppliers of raw materials and components.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve production issues and troubleshoot problems with instrumentation systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field required..
