Job summary

A leading international company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Planning Engineer to develop maintenance plans and ensure asset integrity. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil & gas or power industry. This role offers a resident position with a 12-month contract and potential for extension.

Job description

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for Sr. Maintenance Planning Engineers for a job in Abu Dhabi.

Main responsibilities

• Develops 5Y Annual and monthly maintenance plans forecasts and shares with execution team to plan adequately.
• Ensures timely generation of WOs as and when required.
• Distributes the Workload uniformly across the months in order to optimize the resources and utilize them effectively. Periodically generate necessary PM work orders (Calendar & Meter Base) in accordance with the established Maintenance Plans in CMMS.
• Ensures adequate selection of maintenance strategy to suite equipment criticality align / synchronize Maintenance Plans to minimize assets downtime and maximize availability. Plan preventive maintenance works to ensure asset integrity and compliance to industrial best practices.
• Ensures the availability of PMs PDMs Function testing plans in CMMS to safeguard asset integrity with emphasis to HSE Critical Equipment Systems (HSECES).
• Follows up the progress of planned works execution Maintenance deferment(s) and Downgraded Situation (DGS) in CMMS to ensure to ensure assets integrity and process safety. Ensures adequate logs/actions are in place based on the site observations and timely completion of relevant work orders for mitigation and resolution.
• Develops/Generates and follows up maintenance KPIs as per the performance contract balance score cards Operation Excellence (OE) KPIs and other corporate KPIs and issue analysis reports to the maintenance management.
  Communicates approved work plan and required data to the execution team in order to develop necessary maintenance budgets and identify material requirements and maintenance manpower studies.
• Ensures data quality in master and transactional data.
