Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer Coordinator to oversee all quality assurance and control activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within major Oil & Gas projects. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and preparing reports. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in QA/QC software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within major Oil & Gas projects.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques (e.g., CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all QA/QC activities related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Monitor and ensure implementation of ITPs and QA/QC documentation requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly QA/QC coordination reports to senior management.
