A construction firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced civil supervisor to oversee construction activities and manage civil workers. Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities and coordinate with project management.
- Assign tasks to civil workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily progress and report on project status.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation of work performed.
