Responsibilities
- Continuously refine the backlog based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Lead the grooming/prioritisation of the backlog based on robust value articulation.
- Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.
- Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the product.
- Collaborate with the Enabling team to continuously improve how the team delivers value.
- Be proactive in identifying areas of process/technology improvement.
- Work as part of the internal development team to achieve project delivery timeframes and quality.
- Ability to define priorities and understand key stakeholders’ needs.

- Collaborate with the Enabling team, including the Agile Coach, to continuously improve how the team delivers value to the business.
- Be proactive in identifying areas of process/technology improvement/innovation.
- Work as part of the internal development team to achieve project delivery timeframes and quality.
- Ability to define priorities and understand key stakeholders’ needs.
