The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a critical role in driving the growth of the mortgage business through the acquisition and management of real estate agency partnerships. The BDM will be responsible for acquiring new introducers, reactivating existing agencies, and nurturing ongoing relationships to generate consistent lead flow for the mortgage consultant team.
The BDM acts as the key link between real estate partners and the mortgage team, ensuring that every opportunity is efficiently qualified, converted, and tracked through to completion.
