Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to manage technical aspects of both permanent and temporary works. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in structural engineering, including design for buildings and temporary works. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and SAP2000 is essential. This role involves collaboration with site teams, mentorship of junior staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Experienced in temporary works such as tower crane foundations.
- Design experience with buildings, stadiums, and marine works.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of structural design for permanent and temporary works.
- Provide support to the Tender Department with necessary information.
- Collaborate with site teams and engineers to develop technical solutions.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and designers.
