- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Educate patients on their conditions and provide guidance on self‑care at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
