Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors and assists as necessary.
  • Provide support in administrative, office management and employee logistics activities.
  • Prepares correspondence, agendas, materials and reports for reproduction and distribution.
  • Maintain records of documents and electronic files and retrieve data.
  • Maintains calendars, schedules and plans events and meetings.
  • Prepare business agendas and arrange team meetings and assist in documenting meeting minutes upon request.
  • Responds to questions from other offices.
  • Coordinates and schedules conference calls and meetings.
  • Assists management staff as required in support of the operation requirements.
  • Analyzes new or special administrative work requests to determine most efficient method of completion.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and reorders as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Nationality: No Restriction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy i.e. ICDL or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in a similar administrative position.
  • Experience in schedule management for Senior Management positions.
