• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high standard of candidate care.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
