Job description

We are seeking a detail?oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to join our HR department and support the company’s payroll operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing end?to?end payroll data for employees across the UAE. This includes compiling, validating, and finalizing payroll inputs in full compliance with UAE labor laws. The Finance team will conduct the final review and process the payroll release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and files for processing through the Wage Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Validate and reconcile attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related inputs from HR systems.
  • Accurately calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service benefits, ensuring all data is ready for Finance review.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salary changes, promotions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll preparation and timely approval.
  • Provide Finance with complete and accurate payroll reports for verification and final execution of salary transfers.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, payslips, deductions, and salary information.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required payroll documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws, WPS requirements, and payroll regulations.
