A leading engineering company is seeking a Civil Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in supervising civil works, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications, while coordinating effectively with subcontractors and engineers. A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with strong site execution and QA/QC knowledge. Previous experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
Civil Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects . The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in supervising civil works, preferably within ADNOC or similar environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at site.
Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other site staff.
Review drawings and plans, and report any discrepancies.
Monitor daily progress and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and company HSE guidelines.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Previous ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of site execution, QA / QC, and safety practices.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
