Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Draftsman to join their Building Technology Systems team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience specifically within ICT, AV, ELV, or Security disciplines, and expertise in AutoCAD for technical drawings. This role involves supporting high-quality design packages across major projects in the Middle East, making precise drawings and ensuring compliance with specifications. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Draftsman within ICT, AV, ELV, or Security system disciplines.
- Expertise in AutoCAD with strong experience preparing ICT/ELV/AV drawings.
- Familiarity with authority submissions based on regional codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of detailed CAD drawings for ICT, AV, ELV, and security system designs.
- Translate engineering inputs into precise drawings and design packages.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and client specifications.
