Role Overview
As a Technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the technical integrity and functionality of buses by conducting mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnosing faults. Your goal is to address issues promptly and effectively.

What You Will Do

1. Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on buses.
2. Recommend effective solutions for identified faults, aiming to resolve issues correctly on the first attempt.
3. Proactively identify potential problem causes while attending jobs, whether in the workshop or the field.
4. Utilize tools and adhere to best practices outlined in service manuals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
5. Read, comprehend, and implement instructions from workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists where applicable and available.

Required Skills for Success

1. Proficient communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic being advantageous.
2. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
3. Proficiency in utilizing tools and following best practices outlined in service manuals.
4. Ability to read, understand, and implement instructions from workshop manuals.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

About the Team

What Equips You for the Role

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in servicing buses.
2. Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous.
3. Basic or technical education, coupled with an apprenticeship, is preferred.
4. Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
5. Demonstrated technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components of buses.
