Job summary

A higher education institution in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Facilities Engineer to manage the efficient operation of campus facilities. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with at least 4 years of experience in maintenance. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work. Excellent English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of UAE building codes and working with diverse teams are highly valued. The position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Experience in Budget estimation & budget handling.
  • Experience in supervising diverse technicians’ team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient operation of campus facilities.
  • Management of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, and carpentry works.
