Job description

As a Sales Engineer for MEP, HVACR, and sanitary ware solutions, you will identify and secure new business opportunities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and site visits to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure, consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal and commercial skills to generate leads, qualify prospects, prepare proposals, and close deals, ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Role Summary
  • Drive new business in MEP, HVACR, and construction sectors through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Prepare and present customised technical proposals, quotations, and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions to assess requirements and recommend the best-fit products.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, ensuring a strong market presence.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 2–3 years’ sales experience in MEP, HVACR, valves, pumps, or sanitary ware in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to sell technical solutions to contractors and consultants, meeting and exceeding targets.
  • UAE driving licence is mandatory.
