Job summary
A leading technical services provider is seeking a Technical Foreman-Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workers, ensuring project completion, and maintaining budgets. Candidates should have at least 3 years of UAE/GCC experience, strong construction knowledge, and effective team management skills. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to AED 5,000 monthly plus benefits including accommodation and transportation.

- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with design.

Education
We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at the worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and other Site Workers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
- Monitoring expenditure and ensuring it remains within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, cost estimates & evaluations
- Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
- Site supervision & fit‑out execution
- Liaising with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
- Proven experience as a construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works
- Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience
- Excellent knowledge of industry construction operations, techniques, equipment, tools & materials
- Good time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
- Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
- Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade
Job Type: Full‑time Permanent
Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month plus accommodation, transportation, visa & insurance
Language Preferred: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be an advantage
