Position: Construction Manager / Site Manager / Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in relevant sectors
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution from planning to commissioning.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Plan, schedule, and execute construction activities in alignment with project timelines.
Supervise on-site teams including engineers, foremen, and skilled workers.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities for permits and approvals.
Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site challenges in real time.
Manage procurement schedules, material delivery, and inventory control.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Implement cost control measures and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment meetings.
Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce site discipline and safety culture.
Ensure proper documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and site diaries.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in large-scale industrial construction projects.
Familiarity with oil & gas, power plants, desalination, or general industry projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
